What does OverDrive Group do?
We're an outbound sales development team for local media. We make the calls and book the first meeting, under your brand. Your sellers close. Founded 2024, based in Raleigh, NC.
What's a held meeting?
A first meeting that actually happens, not just one on the calendar. We confirm and remind, so about 75% or more of booked meetings happen. Some people call these discovery meetings, intro meetings, or CNAs. They're the same thing.
Is this software, or people?
People. Real US-based reps make the calls. We use software to work smart, but a person does the talking.
How we're different
Are you a sales training company?
No. Trainers teach your team to sell. We make the calls for you and book the meetings. Different job.
Do your reps say they're from OverDrive Group?
No. They call as part of your brand. The person hears your station or team name, which is why they pick up.
Do you replace our sellers?
No. We feed them. We open new doors; your sellers walk in and close.
How is this better than buying a lead list?
A list does nothing on its own. You can buy 5,000 great names, but someone has to call them every day. That's us.

What does it cost?
You pick how many days a week, from one day up to a full-time rep or a multi-market pod. We share exact pricing on the fit call. The fair way to compare us: cost per meeting that actually happens, not cost per month.
What's the smallest way to start?
A one-day-a-week pilot in a single market. Grow from there as the meetings prove out.
How fast do meetings start?
Live calls begin in about three weeks. Meetings start landing soon after.
How do you measure success?
Closed revenue is the goal. Booked meetings are the early sign you're on track. You see every call and meeting, every week.
Do you work with one station or only big groups?
Both. Start with one, or run many markets on one dashboard.
Do you have Spanish-language reps?
Yes. We run bilingual campaigns with native-Spanish reps.
