The role

You'll make outbound calls on behalf of our media and entertainment clients as part of a multi-channel outreach strategy that also includes email and LinkedIn. Your goal is to book qualified meetings between prospective partners and our clients' sales teams. You'll also handle email communication to coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospects.

You'll be trained on a proven methodology, supported by a team that coaches you every week, and given the tools you need to succeed: scripts, prospect lists, software, and access to leadership. The schedule is flexible and built around your availability. We can work around a class schedule, another job, or other commitments. Plan on 15 to 30+ hours per week, coordinated in advance with your manager.

What you'll do

  • Call prospective advertising and sponsorship partners across major US markets
  • Make outbound calls as your primary activity, supported by email outreach
  • Use Apollo.io to manage prospect lists, log activity, and track your pipeline
  • Handle email to coordinate and confirm meetings
  • Book qualified meetings and earn a bonus for every one that takes place

What you get

  • A guaranteed hourly rate plus a bonus for every qualified meeting
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Coaching through a daily team huddle and weekly training
  • Flexible scheduling, work from anywhere with a quiet space
  • Real industry experience in media, sports, and entertainment sales

Who does well here

Our best people are curious, coachable, and competitive. They ask good questions, they handle rejection without taking it personally, and they show up consistently and get better every week. People who have done well here have backgrounds in door-to-door sales, fundraising, retail, call centers, customer service, and theater or performance. None of that's required. We hire on attitude and train on skill.

Requirements

  • A personal computer and reliable internet
  • A quiet space for professional phone calls
  • Able to appear on camera for team meetings
  • 15 to 30+ hours of weekly availability (afternoon/evening a plus)
  • Strong verbal communication and a willingness to learn

How it works after you apply

The interest form takes about a minute. From there: a brief video interview, a three-call roleplay exercise, and a short paid trial. If we're a good fit, you start earning right away. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, so you're responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and equipment.

The role

The Campaign Operations Specialist keeps our client campaigns running day to day. This is the hands-on, behind-the-scenes work that powers everything our outreach team does: building and maintaining prospect lists, creating and managing email sequences, supporting technical setup, and running LinkedIn outreach. You'll work closely with our operations lead and free them up to focus on strategy and clients.

It's a part-time role, roughly 10 to 20 hours per week, with a flexible, remote schedule. For the right person it's also a launch pad. This is the prototype for an operational layer we're building, with a clear path toward a client-facing Campaign Success Manager role over time.

What you'll do

  • Build targeted prospect lists in Apollo by vertical, geography, ICP, company size, and title
  • Clean and validate prospect data, and refresh lists when they wear out
  • Build and manage email sequences in Apollo from campaign playbooks
  • Monitor open, reply, and bounce rates and flag issues
  • Support technical setup: campaign domains, Google Workspace, email authentication
  • Set up and manage LinkedIn outreach through Dripify
  • Pull data for weekly client reporting

What you get

  • A competitive hourly rate with weekly pay via direct deposit
  • A flexible, remote schedule built around your availability
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, Dripify, Instantly, and more
  • A clear growth path toward a Campaign Success Manager role
  • Direct access to leadership and a team that will train you

Who does well here

This role suits people who are organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely like systems and process. You're comfortable learning new software, you can follow a checklist without losing the thread, and you notice when something looks off in the data. Backgrounds that tend to fit well include operations, administrative or coordinator work, data entry, and marketing or CRM tools. None of it's required. We hire on attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • A personal computer and reliable internet
  • A quiet space and the ability to appear on camera for team meetings
  • Roughly 10 to 20 hours of weekly availability, flexible
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort learning new tools

How it works after you apply

The interest form takes about a minute. If it looks like a fit, we'll set up a short conversation and walk you through the tools and the role. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, so you're responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and equipment.
