The challenge

A finite pool, and no room to waste it.

This broadcaster owned TV, radio, and digital in a single Pacific Northwest market — one pool of advertisers, called on by everyone in town. Their sellers were strong closers already carrying full books, with no slack in the week to prospect and no second market to fall back on if the list got burned. They needed a steady flow of genuinely qualified first meetings, worked with care, not volume for volume's sake.

What we did

A disciplined weekly motion, run under their brand.

US-based reps called under the station's own name, off a fresh, prioritized list built each week and aimed at the advertisers most likely to buy. A person validated every meeting — right contact, real interest, clean details — before it reached a seller's calendar, and every call and outcome landed in a plain weekly report. We ran the whole account on our Partner Engagement System, tracked inside Bridge, our operating platform.

A qualified meeting booked onto a seller's calendar
Every meeting is validated by a person before it reaches a seller's calendar.

The outcome

More than a meeting a week — and the revenue that followed.

In a single market, the system put more than one qualified meeting per week onto the sellers' calendars, held at better than 80%, and produced multiple six figures in new advertiser revenue — a return that paid for itself many times over. The sellers stayed on what they do best; the top of the funnel took care of itself.

What we learned

In one market, discipline beats volume.

When the pool is finite, the win comes from working the right accounts in the right order, protecting the brand on every call, and never burning a name that could buy later. And when meetings are genuinely qualified, a modest weekly cadence is enough to drive serious revenue — because the sales team can give each opportunity the attention it deserves.
