A room full of sponsors.
A local association with an event to fill — sponsorships and tables, sold by phone under their own name.
The outcome, up front
Hundreds of calls turned into a filled event.

The challenge
An event to fill, and no one to make the calls.
This wasn't a media company — it was a local association that needed to fill an event: sponsors signed, exhibitor tables sold, seats bought. That meant working through hundreds of local businesses and professionals by phone. The team was small and volunteer-heavy, with no outbound function and no one who could spend the day dialing.
What we did
The same outbound motion, run under their name.
US-based reps called under the association's own name, off a fresh, prioritized list of local businesses most likely to sponsor, exhibit, or attend. A person validated every commitment and every follow-up, and the whole push was reported back each week. It's the same disciplined motion we run for broadcasters — pointed at an event instead of an ad schedule. We ran it on our Partner Engagement System, tracked inside Bridge, our operating platform.

The outcome
Sponsors signed, tables sold, room filled.
Hundreds of calls became dozens of real sponsor conversations, and those conversations filled the event's tables and sponsorships — in weeks, off a standing start. The association got a professional outbound push it could never have staffed on its own, run entirely under its own name.
What we learned
The motion isn't only for media.
Any group that grows through local relationships — associations, events, sponsorship-driven organizations — can run the same disciplined outbound a broadcaster does. If the goal is to get hundreds of local businesses on the phone under your brand, the playbook travels.
